I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I believe in the importance of creating authentic relationships with my clients by using empathy, trust, humor, and honesty in my sessions. My therapeutic approach is providing an open, safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to experience acceptance and collaborate to create change. I look at each client through a holistic lens when addressing change. I work to provide insight and tools like mindfulness and emotional regulation skills to help a person grow and create healthy lifestyle changes while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
